The Katy Sting Sports Academy continues to grow. We've just added a 14u team to the mix and hope that this new site will keep all of our players and parents informed as well as attract public attention to the overall Sting success story.

Since 2001 the Katy Sting Sports Academy has been the home to competitive baseball for boys ages 11 to 16. In the Fall of 2005 the Academy began focusing on competitive 16u Showcase baseball and have been very successful. Now, with added attention on the area's 14u High School bound group, we expect the program to grow even stronger.

Over the past five years our teams have played in numerous tournaments and World Series events in Nevada, Colorado, Missouri, New York, Oklahoma & Florida. We've done well in these events and received rankings as high as #1 in Texas and #5 nationally by USSSA and Sport Rankings.com.

During the fall of 2005 the Katy Sting 15u (White) team played in 4 Showcase tournaments; winning 3 Championships and one Co-Championship. The team ended the Fall Season with a 15-1 record and defeated the area's best teams such as the Houston Heat (Black, Red and Silver) and the Columbia Angels.

We are expecting continued success this season for all of our teams.
